What was found

AGM #2 ADVANCED GRAPHIC MODULE FAILED ON START UP. ORDERED REPLACEMENT AGM #2 ADVANCED GRAPHIC MODULE PART NUMBER 7036410-1902 UNIT WAS REPAIRED UNDER THEIR WORK ORDER 9342026 DATED 8/21/19. THE UNIT WE RECEIVED HAD A FAIL FOR CAS MESSAGE 2 SCREENS FAILED. AFTER INSTALLATION INTO THE AIRCRAFT MAU. PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL TEST AND UNIT FAILED FOR THE SAME CAS MESSAGE AND 2 SCREENS FAILED. (OUT OF BOX FAILURE) ORDERED ANOTHER REPLACEMENT AGM ADVANCED GRAPHIC MODULE AND FUNCTIONAL TESTED GOOD.
