DUCT TEMPERATURE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND PILOT ATTEMPTED TO TURN OFF CABIN HEAT. VALVE WAS BINDING AND WAS DIFFICULT TO SHUTOFF. VALVE WAS JUST INSTALLED 63.6 HRS AGO FOR THE SAME REASON.
