DURING ROUTINE INSPECTION A CRACK WAS FOUND IN THE HINGE MOUNTING FLANGE RADIATING FROM THE OUTERMOST LT ATTACHMENT SCREW BORE. THIS IS A VERY COMMON FAILURE FOR THIS PART. (K)
