DURING ROUTINE INSPECTION THE MOST AFT OTBD CORNER OF THE MOUNTING FLANGE ASSEMBLY WHICH INCLUDES THE UPPER LOCKING PIN MECHANISM WAS CRACKED. A NEW ASSEMBLY WAS INSTALLED.
