CREW NOTED STRONG ELECTRICAL ODOR, ONLY NOTICABLE IN THE FLIGHT DECK. WINDSHIELD HEAT IS SUSPECTED. RAN AIRCRAFT FOR 20 MINUTES WITH ALL ELECTRICAL ON, ALL HEAT, WINDSHIELD , PROP, INTAKE, BLEEDS ON. NO ODOR NOTED. COULD NOT DUPLICATE.
