FLT 3339 - IN CRUISE FLIGHT TO ESC, THE FUEL TEMP INDICATION CLIMBED TO THE RED LINE. THE CREW PERFORMED QUICK REFERENCE PROCEDURES AND RETURNED TO DTW. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE FUEL HEATER. SYSTEM OPERATED SATISFACTORILY. (W)
