FLT NR 3320 - DURING THE PREFLIGHT INSPECTION IN DTW, THE CREW REPORTED THAT THE COCKPIT HAND HELD EMERGENCY LAMP ASSEMBLY HAD A LOW CHARGE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE COCKPIT EMERGENCY LAMP ASSEMBLY. SYSTEM OPERERATED SATISFACTORILY. (W)
