MSP - FLT 3230 - INBOUND, CREW NOTED ALL OF THE RT ENGINE INSTRUMENTS WERE INOPERATIVE. THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUED TO MSP AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL REPLACED THE RT BUS TIE RELAY. ALL SYSTEMS OPERATED SATISFACTORILY. (X)
