MSP - DURING A SCHEDULED INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL NOTED A CRACK IN THE FUSELAGE FORWARD CARGO DOOR FRAME. THEY REPAIRED THE CRACK BY REMOVING THE CRACKED AREA AND INSTALLING DOUBLERS IAW FAC ARP 53-20-9503. (X)
