FLT 3136 - DURING THE PREFLIGHT WALKAROUND IN DTW, THE EMERGENCY LIGHT ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF ROW 4 WAS PARTIALLY DETACHED AND THE LIGHT WAS INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LIGHT ASSEMBLY. ALL CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY. (M)
