DURING A SCHEDULED INSPECTION IN MSP, MAINTENANCE FOUND THE LEFT INBOARD LOWER WING TO NACELLE TRANSIT ANGLE CRACKED AT THE LEADING EDGE AREA. REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED BY FABRICATING AND INSTALLING A REPAIR DOUBLER IAW EA-01-96043. (M)
