DURING THE PREFLIGHT INSPECTION IN DTW, THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT WAS UNABLE TO TURN ON THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS. MAINTENANCE CLEANED A DIRTY CONNECTION AT THE EMERGENCY LIGHT CONTROL BOX. ALL CHECKS SATISFACTORY. (M)
