FLT 3140 - DURING THE PREFLIGHT INSPECTION IN DTW, THE CREW FOUND THE TWO MOST AFT AND ONE MOST FORWARD FLOOR TRACK LIGHTS TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RIGHT FORWARD AND LEFT AFT BATTERY PACKS. ALL CHECKS SATISFACTORY. (M)
