DURING A BLOCK INSPECTION IN MSP, MAINTENANCE FOUND THE LEFT BELT FRAME P/N 27-22100 AT FS 242 AND WL 78 TO HAVE A .125 INCH CRACK IN THE RELIEF RADIUS. REPAIRED CRACK BY FABRICATING AND INSTALLING A REPAIR DOUBLER IAW AEROTECH DESIGNS EA 01-96115 DATED NOV 5/96. (M)
