DURING A BLOCK INSPECTION IN MSP, MAINTENANCE FOUND THE LEFT BELT FRAME P/N 27-22102 AT FS 317 AND WL 78 TO HAVE A .150 INCH CRACK IN THE RELIEF RADIUS. REPAIRED CRACK BY FABRICATING AND INSTALLING A REPAIR DOUBLER IAW AEROTECH DESIGNS EA01-96115, DATED NOV 5/96. (M)
