FLT 3281 - ON CLIMB-OUT FROM MSP, THE FLIGHT OFFICERS VSI SHOWED ZERO. DURING DESCENTS, THE SYSTEM OPERATED NORMALLY. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO MSP. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE NR 2 ADC. ALL CHECKS SATISFACTORY. (M)
