FLT 5866 - CLT-XNA - DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND DIVERTED TO CHA DUE TO THE PILOTS WINDSHIELD CRACKING. AFTER AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING MAINTENANCE WAS CALLED. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE PILOTS WINDSHIELD. OP CHECKS GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
