ASH 6146 LAS. ON ARRIVAL TO LAS THE CAPTAIN WROTE UP THE AILERON CONTROL BINDING LEFT TO RIGHT DURING FLIGHT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND PREPARED AIRCRAFT FOR FERRY FLIGHT TO OKC. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE PILOT CONTROL WHEEL SHAFT BEARINGS.
