CABIN ALT HIGH WARNING - RTF/EMERGENCY DECLARED/ REMOVED AND REPLACED ALTITUDE PRESSURE SWITCH. FOUND AND RE-SECURED LOOSE DUCTING. BLEED 1 MEL NPRSOV WAS ALSO NOT PROPERLY DEACTIVATED. CLEARED BLEED 1 NPRSOV MEL. OPS CHECKS AND PRESSURIZATION CHECKS GOOD.
