CBE/LBE - FLT 5916 - UPON EXITING AIRCRAFT, THE CREW FOUND THE AIRSTAIR DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN. PIT MAINTENANCE WORKED THE DOOR OPEN AND DEPLANED THE PASSENGERS. MAINTENANCE RIGGED THE DOOR CABLES. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. (X)
