FLT 5320 - FLL-TPA - DURIG PRE-FLIGHT WALK AROUND, CREW NOTICED THAT THE RIGHT REAR EMERGENCY EXIT EXTERIOR HANDLE WAS NOT FLUSH WITH THE DOOR. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REINSTALLED THE DOOR. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
