LT WING OUTBOARD FLAP INBOARD ATTACHMENT TO THE WING HAD A CRACK IN THE BRACKET ON THE WING LOWER AFT BOLT. CRACK WAS ONE INCH LONG IN A FORWARD AND AFT DIRECTION.
