PILOT REPORTS, VIBRATION FELT IN RUDDER PEDALS AT 240 KTS. A/C RETURNED TO MKE. FOUND LT APU ACCESS DOOR HAD COME OPEN TO CAUSE VIBRATION. REPLACED DOOR, NO OTHER DAMAGE NOTED.
