BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT FWD EMERGENCY OVERWING EXIT SIDEWALL LIGHT WAS INOPERATIVE. TROUBLESHOT THE SYSTEM, REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LT MID SECTION EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY CHARGER, OPS CHECKED NORMAL IAW AMM 33-51-06.
