DURING MAINTENANCE, THE CRANK PULLEY, WAS DISCOVERED FAILED. THE CENTER DISC HAD BECOME SEPARATED FROM THE OUTER PULLEY RING. THE PART WAS REPLACED WITH A NEW UNIT.
