CABIN FAILED TO PRESSURIZE. PERFORMED GENERAL VISUAL INSPECTION AND FOUND AFT CARGO DOOR NOT COMPLETELY CLOSED. GAP WAS FOUND TO BE ENOUGH TO NOT PRESSURIZE. PERFORMED OPS CHECK IAW AMM 52-31-00. OPS GOOD.
