RUDDER TRIM FROZE IN FLIGHT AND FREED UP ON DESCENT TO WARMER AIR. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED THE REQUIREMENTS OF NTO LETTER FOR RUDDER AND PITCH TRIM ACTUATORS. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
