RIGHT ENGINE ROLL BACK DURING TAKEOFF WITH ACCOMPANYING YAW. TAKEOFF ABORTED. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RIGHT ENGINE FUEL CONTROL UNIT AND STARTER GENERATOR. SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
