WS 400 LEFT SIDE OVERWING PANEL JUST OUTBOARD OF ALTERNATE LANDING GEAR EXTENSION ACTUATOR. UNDER SIDE OF PANEL HAS 14 INCH CRACK WITH DELAMINATION. REMOVED DAMAGED, POTTED CORE, APPLIED GLASS OVERLAYS AND RESTORED FINISH.
