DURING ENGINE START NR 3 ENGINE ROTATION WAS SLOW, LIGHT OFF NORMAL BUT WOULD NOT ACCELERATE PAST 30 PERCENT. REPLACED NR 3 ENGINE PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE, OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD IAW MM 36-11-00.
