LGA FLIGHT 3704. FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTED EMERGENCY LIGHTS FLASHING ON AND OFF. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED CONTROL SWITCH AND WIRING, NO DEFECTS NOTED. EMERGENCY LIGHTS CONTROL BOX REPLACED. OPERATED LIGHTS, COULD NOT DUPLICATE PROBLEM. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
