MDT FLIGHT 3800. CREW REPORTED CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHTS FLICKERED ON INTERMITTANTLY DURING CLIMBOUT, AFTER POWER REDUCTION, AFTER CRUISE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED SWITCH AT FLIGHT ATTENDANTS LIGHTING PANEL. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
