PHL-FLIGHT#3631. CREW REPORTED THAT THE GUST LOCK STICKS GOING ON OR OFF. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE GUST LOCK SPRINGS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DEHAVILLAND MAINTENANC EMANUAL 27-70. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
