DURING SCHEDULED INSPECTION, TECH DISCOVERED EXHAUST STUDS PULLED OUT OF NR 2 CYLINDER ASSEMBLY CAUSING SEPARATION OF EXHAUST RISER FLANGE FROM CYLINDER EXHAUST PORT AND ESCAPE OF EXHAUST GASSES. CYLINDER ASSEMBLY REQUIRED REPLACEMENT.
