HPN - FLT 4843 - AIRCRAFT TAXIED FROM GATE A SHORT DISTANCE WHEN CREW NOTICED OIL SMOKE IN COCKPIT. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO THE GATE THE PASSENGERS DEPLANED. MAINTENANCE FOUND RIGHT ACM HAD SEIZED. ACM WAS REPLACED AND SYSTEM CHECKED GOOD. (M)
