ALB - FLT 4514 - WHILE AT CRUISE IN ICING CONDITIONS, THE LEFT PROPELLER DE-ICE FAILURE LIGHT ILUMINATED. AIRCRAFT DIVERTED TO ALB AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED LEFT PROPELLER DE-ICE BRUSH BLOCK. SYSTEM TESTED GOOD. (X)
