DURING CLIMBOUT OF OHSJ, CREW SMELLED ELECTRICAL SMOKE, RAN CHECKLIST AND FOUND SMOKE COMING FROM ESSENTIAL TRANSFORMER RECTIFIER. COCKPIT PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHER USED AS PRECAUTION. CREW EXECUTED A SAFE AIR TURNBACK TO DEPARTURE AIRPORT OHSJ.
