THE HPT AFT ROTATING SEAL ATTACHMENT BOLTS HAVE BEEN FOUND SHEARED/WORN.

SEAL IS DAMAGED AND HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM SERVICE BEFORE LIFE END. PART IS AN LLP. INVESTIGATION UNDERWAY TO REVIEW ROOT CAUSE.
