DURING A ROUTINE AIRWORTHINESS CHECK, MECHANIC PERFORMED A VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE ACFT. ON INSPECTING THE HORIZONTAL STABILIZER AREA, A CRACK WAS NOTICED ON THE RT LOWER CARRIER ATTACH FITTING. REPLACED CRACKED CARRIER.
