ON REMOVAL OF LOWER FUEL CELL INSPECTION PANELS, DISCOVERED THE LOWER RT FUEL CELL WAS LEAKING FUEL AT THE FWD AND AFT FUEL PROBE PANELS. FUEL PROBE PANELS ARE DELAMINATING FROM THE MAIN FUEL CELL.
