SEA - STRONG ODOR/SMELL OF LAVATORY IN FLIGHT DECK, ALSO NOTICABLE IN CABIN AREA. THIS IS AFTER FIVE LEFTS AND TWO LAVATORY SERVICES. SECONDARY INVERTER PRODUCING LOW VOLTS. REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 2 INVERTER. OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
