PDX- FUEL DRIPPING FROM NR 4 FLAP HANGER NACELLE ON LEFT WING. FOUND LEAK AT NR 4 FLAP CANOE FORWARD FLAP HINGE BOX BRACKET INBOARD FORWARD BOLT HEAD. REMOVED AND REPLACED BOLT. OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
