ON TAKEOFF THE CAPTAIN'S SEAT BECAME UNLOCKED AND WENT TO FULLY RECLINED AND WOULD NOT ENGAGE. CLEANED AND LUBED THE SEAT BACK, ADJUSTMENT LINKAGE. NO DEFECTS NOTED. RETURNED TO SERVICE.
