AFTER PUSHBACK THE NR 1 PROPELLER WOULD NOT COME OUT OF FEATHER. REPLACED THE OVERSPEED GOVERNOR AND THE PEC WIRING HARNESS. CHECKS GOOD. PROPELLER UNFEATHERS NORMALLY. RETURNED TO SERVICE.
