ON TAKEOFF GEAR RETRACTION, NOSE GEAR TOOK UNUSUALLY LONG TO COME UP AND LOCK. ESTIMATING APPROXIMATELY 30 SECONDS AFTER GEAR HANDLE WAS BROUGHT TO UP POSITION. NLG LOCK ACTUATOR REMOVED AND REPLACED NLG RETRACTION NORMAL. RETURNED TO SERVICE.
