NR 1 PROPELLER IS PITCH LOCKED AT 660 RPM, BELOW FLIGHT IDLE, WILL NOT GO INTO REVERSE. REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REPLACED THE NR 1 OSG AND PCU, OPS & LEAK CHECKED GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
