FLIGHT ATTENDANT USED AFT GALLEY OVEN. DURING USE IT SMELT LIKE BURNT TOAST. UPON INSPECTION NOTICED METAL TRAY NOT INSTALLED. REMOVED FROM SERVICE. CHECKED OVEN NO SMOKE WAS FOUND, THE BOTTOM WAS DIRTY. OVEN WAS OPERATING PROPERLY. RETURNED TO SERVICE.
