PDX - LATCH ON COFFEE JUG FALLS DOWN ON ROTATION. COFFEE JUG FELL OUT AND STRUCK PASSENGER. SAFETY CATCH WAS REPLACED AND A ADDITIONAL CATCH WAS INSTALLED. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
