What was found
WHILE AIRCRAFT WAS IN HEAVY CHECK MAINTENANCE FOUND LEFT RAM AIR DUCT SUPPORT ASSEMBLY CRACKED. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE SUPPORT ASSEMBLY IAW EMB 170 SRM 51-31-00 AND 51-41-02. THE AIRCRAFT IS OUT OF SERVICE IN HEAVY CHECK.
