CREW REPORTED THAT THE L1 DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE DOOR WAS DIRTY INTERNALLY, CLEANED FITTING AND MECHANISM IN DOOR IAW AMM AND OPS CHECKED GOOD. ACFT IS GOOD FOR SERVICE.
